This Turkey Avocado Club Wrap is a quick and easy lunch that comes together in under 15 minutes. It features creamy avocado, salty turkey, crispy bacon, and juicy tomato, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices crispy cooked bacon
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach or romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, flipping once. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain and cool. Crumble or break each slice in half.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. Wash and dry the spinach or lettuce. Slice the Roma tomato into thin rounds (about 1/4-inch thick). Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice into thin strips. Season the avocado slices lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a large tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 20-30 seconds per side until warm and pliable. Repeat for the second tortilla if making two wraps.
  5. Lay the warm tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread about half of the mayo-mustard mixture evenly over the entire surface, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  6. In the center of the tortilla, layer the spinach or lettuce, then 2 slices of cheese, half of the turkey, crumbled bacon, tomato slices, and avocado slices.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling. Using your thumbs to hold the filling in place, tightly roll the tortilla away from you starting from the bottom edge. Keep the roll snug but not too tight.
  8. Place the wrap seam-side down on a piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper. Wrap it tightly, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut the wrap diagonally in half or into pinwheels.

Notes

For best results, warm the tortilla before rolling to prevent cracking. Let the wrap rest before cutting to keep ingredients from falling out. Use a serrated knife for clean cuts. To prevent sogginess, ensure lettuce is dry and blot tomato slices with a paper towel.
